I have two levels uploaded, but they took along time to upload, and I would upload more but it wont let me. My levels that I'm trying to upload are DeadKnot and Metal Crusher. To see the permission groups continue by clicking advanced, then show users. This will give you a few groups, look for the one with 'Submits Files'.
