I'm wondering if the R-Tek is a Briggs design, or just another outsourced foreign engine. Briggs advertises them as 5 HP, but Lawnboy has a 6.5 HP decal on this engine. I'm also wondering if the vertical shaft is the same as the horizontal version ...
