WebMy radiators leaking cooling out of the top tank where the metal meets the plastic. A replacement radiator is on it's way but won't get here for another 1.5 weeks and I really need to drive my car in the meantime. Is there any short term fix/patch that I can do to get through till next week? WebSep 12, 2011 · I tracked it down to the transmission oil cooler line connector near the bottom of the radiator. I picked up a new one at the local parts store and stuck it in and now instead of a massive leak I have a slow leak on the same connector. Connector looks like this. The radiator I put in did not fit the stock oil cooler line connectors.
