WebSep 11, 2024 · Fair comment @Lawrence+cope Sky+HD and any previous Sky boxes are legally yours after 12 months so why would I give Sky my old boxes back when they can be used if I ever need to return my Sky Q boxes and Mini boxes. So what Sky does with their returned Sky Q boxes is no business of yours either. WebJan 8, 2014 · It's fairly useless as a decoder these days, it'll still receive (and record) Sky, but it's stuck with the old EPG which is not supported or updated anymore. Hard to believe I paid £300 for this box (12 years ago!) and £10 a month ongoing for the recording facilities! The price paid for being an early adopter of new (cutting edge) technology.
