WebIn our study, bioinformatics analyses indicated that CTSG may be an independent prognostic biomarker in OSCC. Therefore, CTSG expression level was detected in OSCC ( Figure 6A and B) tissues. Western blot assay showed that CTSG protein level was downregulated in eight out of 10 OSCC cases ( Figure 6C ).
